doug nichol

The staff was very helpful, they even explain to us, how things were made.

Industrial Plastics Courtenay has been a great place for work and personal applications. Just yesterday I was in a jam being another business screwed me over with product that I bought and wouldn't help me fix the situation. I went to industrial plastics and let them know the situation and they had me out the door with a comparable product for my replacement window. Absolutely great service!

Sitka 280

I saw a slogan on their door which says something like “A leading edge company with old-fashioned service.” I’m very happy to report that this proved true. Thank you to the IPP team for taking care of an issue we had. I really appreciate your excellent customer service. Thanks!

Danny Vanderbyl

That store is awesome, friendly and helpful. They had everything I needed that I couldn't find anywhere. Ben is a great Guy.

Marcel Bouchard

Great service. (: Friendly staff that want to help you out with whatever you need. I got a piece of plexiglass cut to replace the mesh wire lid on my tarantula's Exo Terra terrarium.
