Commercial Cutting Board is a premium High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) cutting board material with a pebbled surface that is easy on cutting blades. Butcher Slab is used in a wide array of applications — from home use to commercial food preparation and some of the largest packing plants in North America. Butcher Slab is chemical and corrosion resistant, easily cleaned, and does not absorb moisture. It is FDA, NSF, USDA, and Ag Canada compliant for use in Food Processing, Meat Packing, and Food Service applications. It has a maximum continuous service temperature of 180 °F (82 °C). ButcherSlab is available in 1/2", 3/4", and 1" thicknesses.
